The vendor of this property has offer in the region of £235,000 that he is on the point of accepting through another agent , if you are interested please let me know as soon as possible and I’ll will show you the apartment

Times are tough.. but this sort of practice can surely never be condoned.

Thanks to Joi Ito for highlighting this clip - I didn’t know it but Queen Rania has a channel on YouTube. What is more she recently won the YouTube Visionary Award. The below is her very funny acceptance speech..

I have to agree with her - it is an impressive way of getting a message out to people who otherwise wouldn’t be listening. It certainly highlights Jordan and made me tune in to the YouTube channel!

Welcome to the first post on riazkanani.com I finally decided after much umming and arring that having refrained from blogging on topics on my other blog because it did not suit razorshine’s technology and marketing theme to launch this blog for all personal/random stuff. Service continues over at razorshine so head on over their to find out about technology and marketing.

Meanwhile, thanks to smuggle me for showing me a way to export a single category from one wordpress blog to another. Hopefully some of my older random posts can then move across to here!
